Description
Unfortunately the perceived predator was me. I accidentally walked towards the black-necked stilt's chicks. The father bird dive bombed me. The mother bird behaved strangely and flew away from the chicks and lay down on the ground faking being injured to distract me from the predator. With this experience, I was in awe of nature and creation.
