Description
This photo captures a beautiful yellow wildflower in a local garden. I am not a floral expert. I believe this is a false sunflower or oxeye.
False Sunflower is a 3' to 6' tall native perennial with 3" wide golden yellow flowers and is similar in appearance to the true sunflowers. False Sunflower is anearly summer flowering plant tolerating dry or moist soils and preferring full sun sites. Unlike the true sunflowers, the ray flowers of False Sunflower produce seed.

The beautiful and presence of this little yellow wildflower is emphasized in your expertise of sharing with your composition and detail Felix. F/L.

Lovely, reminds me of the chocolate daisy flower that belongs to the sunflower family. I love the background, beautifully composed, Felix. 💕Janet
